Lincoln Fire and Rescue were called to a fire at the Lincoln Correctional Center located near SW 40th and West Van Dorn early Thursday morning. Firefighters responded there just after 4 a.m. LFR had some trouble locating and reaching the fire. Battalion Chief Jeremy Gegg said crews had problems getting their equipment to it because of the distance.

 A traffic stop turned into a drug bust for the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office Wednesday afternoon.  Deputies arrested four people from out of town including a runaway teenage girl.
